AllChiroJobs (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates a job board, resume database, marketplace, and blog tailored to chiropractors and chiropractic clinics.

What we collect

• Account & contact info: name, email, role, clinic name.
• Resume/profile content: education, experience, skills, uploaded files.
• Job & marketplace content: postings, messages, transactions metadata.
• Usage & device data: pages viewed, referrers, approximate location, device/browser info.
• Payments: processed by third-party providers; we don’t store full card numbers.
• Cookies & ads: ad and analytics partners (e.g., Google AdSense, Mediavine, Ezoic, Google Analytics/gtag) may set cookies or similar tech.

HIPAA disclaimer (no PHI)

We are not a HIPAA covered entity or Business Associate. Do not upload or share Protected Health Information (PHI) (e.g., patient names, records, imaging). Listings or files containing PHI may be removed and accounts suspended.

How we use data

• Provide and improve the platform (post jobs, search resumes, manage marketplace items).
• Enable communication (alerts, application notifications, transactional emails).
• Personalize content and measure performance (analytics, A/B testing).
• Show ads and affiliate offers; track conversions as permitted.
• Prevent fraud, enforce policies, and comply with legal obligations.

When we share data

• With your direction: applying to a job shares your resume/profile with that employer.
• Service providers: hosting, analytics, payments, ad networks, email.
• Legal/compliance: to protect rights, safety, or comply with law.

We use advertising networks (e.g., Google AdSense, Mediavine, Ezoic) and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics/gtag). Data retention

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may delete your account or request deletion of resumes/listings; residual copies may persist in backups for a limited period.

• Marketing choices: unsubscribe links in emails; control cookies in your browser.
• CCPA/CPRA (California) & GDPR (EEA/UK): where applicable, you may request access, deletion, correction, portability, or objection/limitation of processing.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect such data.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

International users

Data may be processed in the United States or other countries with different laws than your jurisdiction.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the “Effective” date above and, where required, notify you.
