Terms of Service

Effective: January 1, 2025

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AllChiroJobs (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. No Licensure Verification

We are a platform provider and do not verify licensure, credentials, or the legality of any position. Employers are solely responsible for verifying licenses and compliance before hiring. Candidates are responsible for ensuring they are duly licensed and authorized to work.

3. Job Posting Standards

  • Non-discrimination: Listings may not discriminate on protected characteristics under applicable law.
  • Pay transparency: Where required (e.g., certain states/cities), include good-faith salary ranges and benefits.
  • Accuracy: Provide truthful role descriptions and requirements.
  • Prohibited content: No harassment, deceptive claims, PHI, illegal activities, or spam.

We may edit, reject, or remove listings that violate these standards, these Terms, or applicable law.

4. Marketplace Policy

Allowed: chiropractic practices for sale, equipment, supplies, software, training materials.

Prohibited: PHI/patient lists, controlled substances/devices, counterfeit/unsafe goods, illegal items, misbranded or recalled devices, stolen property, and services that violate law.

5. User Content & License

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., listings, resumes). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for operating and promoting the Service. You warrant you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

6. DMCA Policy

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, email a notice to dmca@allchirojobs.com with:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material (URLs).
  2. Your contact info.
  3. A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized.
  4. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
  5. Your electronic signature.

We may remove or disable access to the material and, where appropriate, terminate repeat infringers.

7. No PHI / HIPAA

Do not upload or share Protected Health Information (PHI). We are not a HIPAA-covered entity or Business Associate. Content containing PHI may be removed.

8. Ads & Affiliates

We display ads (e.g., Google AdSense, Mediavine, Ezoic) and may earn commissions from affiliates (including Amazon Associates and job/clinic vendors). Compensation does not impact our eligibility criteria for listings or search results.

9. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Billing: Job postings, boosts, and resume-access plans are billed upfront.
  • Refunds: Non-refundable except when a listing cannot be published due to a platform-caused technical failure (our reasonable determination).
  • Cancellations: You may cancel renewals prior to the next billing cycle; access continues through the paid term.

10. Acceptable Use

  • No scraping, rate-limiting evasion, or reverse engineering.
  • No malicious code or attempts to breach security.
  • No spam or multi-level marketing schemes.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about availability, accuracy, or outcomes (e.g., job offers, candidate results).

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

13. Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

Binding arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis in [Your State/County] under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You and AllChiroJobs waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or class arbitration.

Opt-out: You may opt out within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing legal@allchirojobs.com with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your account email.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflicts of law principles.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; the “Effective” date will reflect changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
